Jersey's premier jeweller was proud of it's reputation for quality built up over 120 years, they wanted to retain their traditional values whilst moving into the e-commerce space.
Discovery & research
Hettich had valid concerns that a generic e-commerce storefront could negatively affect their brand and sales.
Given their bespoke and premium product offerings, perceived value via reputation was central to success. The task at hand was to leverage Shopify's capabilities while creating tailor-made templates, safeguarding the brand's authenticity.
