Redefining the Dolan Hotels experience.
The Dolan group, one of Jersey's oldest established hospitality brands, wanted to redevelop it's website and re-focus on the varied offerings of it's different hotels.
Information architecture
3 iconic locations,
3 luxury 4-star hotels.
The same Dolan hotels experience.
In total 4 seperate sites needed to be built. One for each of the 3 hotels, plus the group, in multiple languages. They had to share the same DNA whilst being able to support the individual brands and the unique selling points of each hotel.
The guiding principle was simplicity.
Booking was prioritised (for obvious reasons) but extended to the restaurants as well as rooms. Reviews from real people were featured as well as strong trip advisor ratings to build consumer trust.
